30-Day Satisfaction Promise

We want you to feel the positive energy of your AURAFENG crystal. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your eligible item within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Customized, blessed, or “Energy Cleansed” items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective. (Note: This protects your sacred ritual service)
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Return Process

  1. Email returns@deepskyblue-crocodile-229672.hostingersite.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We will provide the return address and a return form.
  3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Refunds & Processing

  • Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.
